Affiliate links
Some articles may include links to products. If you buy through one of these links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Products are chosen on their merits; earning a commission never influences whether or how we recommend something.
Advertising
We may display advertising on the site. Advertisers have no influence over our editorial content, and adverts are visually separate from articles.
Sponsored content
If we ever publish content paid for by a brand, it will be clearly labelled as sponsored or as a partnership at the top of the page.
What we never do
- We never accept payment from clinics, surgeons or treatment providers in exchange for coverage or recommendations.
- We never let a brand review or change an article before publication.
